Event registration includes access to all sessions and coffee breaks.

Mini-course: the amount must be paid separately, see table below.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: No refund will be provided in case of event failure.



Students must provide one of the documents below as proof of category of registration (undergraduate or post-grad courses):

​• Student ID (front and back);
• Declaration of enrollment or attendance, signed and stamped by school;
• Paid tuition invoice for the current term.

​** Post-doc researchers must provide one of the documents below:
• Contract;
• Student ID;
• Term of granting.
